Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereaher eretted there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air c~nditioning, wate~, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other senrices, a~d any other thing now or hereaher therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by iessors
to leasees is customary or appropripte, including sueens, window shadAs, siorm doors and windows, floor
