AGREEMENT FOR DEED

and RUTH T. STEVENSON, his wife, hereafter referred to as
Vendors, and EUGENE HERNDON and MARY HERNDON, his wife,
hereafter referred to as Purchasers,
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and
covenants contained in this Agreement and other valuable
considerations passing between the parties to it, the Ven-
dors agree to sell and the Purchasers agree to buy the
following described property situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida:

The balance of $12,000.00 to be payable in monthly
installments of $1,000.00 each beginning on the ~ day

Vendors promise and agree to convey the property
above described to Purchasers by good and sufficient
warranty deed when the balance of the purchase price has
been paid as specified above and at such time shall also
provide-proof of payment of that certain mortgage from
Vendors to WaZter Warren and Grace G. Warren, his wife,
