This amended notice of commencement is executed and recorded in
replacement of that certain notice of commencement which is of
record in O.R. Book 199, page 1998,which said notice, through
scrivener's error, included in addition to the above descr~bed
real property Lots 22 and 23, which said lots are not subject to
construction and should not have been described in the former
notice of commencement.
