WHEREAS, Edwin J. Bradbury became: deceased on September 16, 1970,
while a resident of Lake Forest, Lake County, Illinols;
WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of Edwln J. Bradbury, dated
March 19, 1963, was admltted to Anclllary record and probate In the County
Judge's Court In and for St. Lucie County, Fiorida, on the 22nd day of
January, 1971 and Ancillary Letters of Administratton c.t.a. were Issued to the

L'~~ Grantor by said Court on the 5th day of February, 1971, as the same appears

in file number 71-10 in said Court; and
WHEREAS, the County Judge In and for St.. Lucle County, Florida, did
' on the 2nd day of M~rch, 1972, enter an order authorizfng the sale of the real

~ NOW THEREFORE, In consideratlon of the foregoing and the gayment
