To have and to hold the same to the Grantee, her successors and
assiqns, wlth every right, title and interest to which the Grantor !s now
seized and possessed and of which Edwin J. Bradbury died setzed and
possessed, as fully and completely as the Grantor, as Florida Ancillary
Aciministrator, c.t.a. could or should convey the property under and pursuant
to the Will of the decedent and the order of the above mentioned County Judge
and the applicable law; and the said Grantor does hereby covenant to and
wlth the Grantee, her successors and asslqns, that all things preliminary to
and in and about the sale and thls conveyance, the order of the above named
Court and the laws of the State of Florida have been fully followed and
complied with In all respects.
