EASEMENT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of Ten (s10.00) Dollars cash in hand paid
and other good and sufficient considerations, the receipt and adequacy of which
is acknowledged, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida corporation,
and Venture Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida corporation, hereby ~
bargain, grant and convey to Venture Out at Indian River, Inc., a Condominium, its
~uccessors and assigns, an irrevocable right to use of that certain highway which
lies on and crosses.the property of the undersigned in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and providing access between certain property owned by Venture Out at Indian
River, Inc., a Condort~inium, in St. Lucie County, Florida, and State Highway AlA _
as shown on plat recorded in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book page
In further consideration of the conveyance herein made, Venture Out at ~
Indian River, Inc., a Condominium agrees that it will indemnify and save harmless
the undersigned from all damages growing out of or in any wise connected with the
use of said highway by any person doing business with Venture Out at Indian River,
; Inc., a Condominium.
