T'his cause having come on to be heard before thie Court upon
the Petition of Charles W. Bost~rl.ck, William C. Boatwick, and
: LaMar Sarra, ae Executors of the Estate of Nell L. Cowan.Bostwick,
deceased, and the Court having determined that it ie in the best
interest of the Eatate that certain assets of the Estate be sold
in order to pravide fuads necessary for the payment of debts of
the estate, including estate taaes, and the payment of eapenaes
' necessary for the maintenance of the estate, and further, that
the best intereet of the Estate ~i.ll be served by a sale of the .
property at private sale to Williann F. Mitchell, as Truetee, or ~
