or improvement of any property nwnaqed, supervised or operated by
the corporation; to furnish taanagement, financial auditinq a~nd
other services; to purchase or otherwise acquire, own, use, im-
prove, maintain, operate, sell, lease and otherwise dispose of any
articles, materials, machi.nery and equipment used for or in
eonnection with any business of the corporation; and to enqage in
anci conduct, or authorize, license or permiL u~hers to enqage in ~
and conduct, any business or activity incident, necessary, advisable
or advantaqeous to the ownership of property, buildings and
structures manaqed, supervised or operated by the corporation.
F. To apply for, obtain, register, purchase, lease or
otherwise acquire and hold, o~m, use, operate, introduce and sell,
assign, or otherwise dispose of any and all trade~narks, formulae, ;
secret processes, trade names, brands, distinctive marks, copy-
rights, inventions, improvements and processes used in connection

with, or secured under the Letters Patent, o`r otherwise, of the ~
United States, or of any other country; and use, exercise, develop,
sell, lease, grant licenses, in respect of, or otherwise turn into
' account, any and all such trade marks, patents, licenses, concessions,
