EXFCUTORS' DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 1` 7th day of April, 1972,
between CHARLES W. BOSTWICK, WILLIAM C. BOSTWICK ,and LAMAR
SARRA; as Executors o~ the Estate of Nell L. Cowan Bostwick, .
deceased, hereinafter referred to as "Executors" and STUART ST.
LUCIE ESTATES, INC., a Florida corporation, as the grantee,
whose mailing address is 80 N.E. 4th Avenue, Delray Beach, Flori~l444 ~
hereinafter referred to as the '~Grantee", 3 ~

W I T N E S S E T H; ~
WHERFAS, Nell L. Cowan Bostwick, late of Duval County, ~
~ W Z N Florida, in her lifetime made and executed her Last Will and
p a Testament, which was thereafter duly proved and admitted to pro-
~Y Q g"' bate in and by the County Judge's Court in and for Duval County, i
R~ ~30 < Florida, whereby, among other things, said decedent made, consti-
~W Z~Y 4 tuted and appointed Charles W. Bostwick, William C. Bostwick, and ~
3m ~;o~ LaMar Sarra as F~ecutors of her Last Will and Testament; and
~o~ ~ WHEREAS, by Order Authorizing Sale of Real ~state entered
x~ ~r~ in this Estate on January 7, 1972, by the Honorable Harold R. j
~~Z Clark, one of the Countq Judges of the County Judge's Court in ~
and for Duval County, Florida, suthorized the sale of the here-
inafter described real property to William F. Mitchell, as Trus-
tee, or assigns, and ~
WHEREAS, by written Assignment dated April 14~, 1972, the
said William F. Mitchell, as Trustee, did assign, transfer and
convey his right to purchase, as well as any right, title or
Interest that said William F. Mitchell, as Trustee, might have
in the hereinafter described real property, to STUART ST. LUCIE
ESTATES, INC., a Florida corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises as well as
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable considerations to them in hand paid at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the Grantee, the ;
' receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said Executors, in their ;
~ representatfve capacity, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, ~
E remised, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
~ do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
~ firm unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever,
i those certain pieces, parcels or tracts of land in St. Lucie and
; Martin Counties, Florida, more particularly described on Exhibit
; "A" attached hereto.

SUBJECT TO taxes accruing after December 31, 1971.

; TOGETHER WITH a1Z the tenements, hereditaments, and appur-
tenances, with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate,
reversion, reanainder anc3 easement thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining; -
' TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
