THIS OPTION AGRE~.~IENT entered into, in duplicate. this

and MODCO, INC., a F].orida corporatian, hereinafter called

100 acre tract of land in St. Lucie County, ~'lorida, and, -
• WHEREAS, First Parties owri a3ditior~al land lying immedi-
. ately South o£ the aforedescribed land heretofore purchased by ~

• WHEREAS, Second~Party desires~to have an option to pur-
chase that part of the Iands of First~Parties lying South of the
aforementioned parcel lying North of a line which~is 500 feet,

•line~~of Midway Road, the Eastern boundary of which would be the
