hereby conveyed; from here run East 660 feet, North 165 feet,
West 660 feet, South 165 feet to the point of beginning.

his own personal knowledqe:
1. That JAMES E. WILLIAMS is one and the same person as
the JAMES E. WILLIAMS, Grantor in that certain conveyance recorded in
O.R. Book 137, page 347, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, dated January 29, 1966, conveying the hereinabove described

property to H& A RENTALS, INC..; a Florida corporation.

2.. That Affiant would further show that he was married con-
tinuously, prior to the aforesaid conveyance, unto ALFItEDA B. YOUNG,
a/k/a ALFREDA YOUNG WILLIAMS.
3. That ALFREDA YOUNG WILLIAMS died in Volusia County,
Florida, on May 23, 1959, without issue and left surviving as her sole
heir at law, her husband, to-wit: JAI~S E. WILLIAMS, your Affiant;
