was conveyed:

St. Lucie Section 13, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Bo~k 13, Page 4, of.
; the Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida,
That on May 10, 1971, and at all times thereafter until
the date of death of the said FRANCIS X. MOORE, Affiant and
the said LILLIAN MOORE, were continuously husband and wife
and that such relationship was continuous and uninterrupted
until.the date of death of the said FRANCIS X. MOORE.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
