In the ovent ot a violation or brcach o[ any of these reatrictions by any person or ooncern
claiming by, through or under "GENERAL", its successors, or assigns, "GENERAI." and
the thcn tot owners of raoord, or any of them jointiy or atverally shall have thc right
to peocad at law or in equity to oompel a oompliancx with the terms heroof or to prevent
the violatan or brcach of any of them. Ia addition to the foregoing, "GENERAL",
its su~ors or anigns, shalt havc the right whenever there shaU have bcen built on any
lot, any structure which is in violation of these oovenanta, to enter upon the property
whae such violation exists and summarily abate or remove the same at the expense of
' the owner; and such entry and abatement or removal shall not be deemed a trespass.
The failure to enforce any right, reservation, restriction or condition oontained in this
Declaration of Restrictions, however long oontinued, shall not be deemed a waiver of
the right to do so thereafter, as to the same breach or as to a breach occurring prior
~ sub~equent theretac and sh~ll not bar or aflect its enforcement.
14. Severability
Invatidation o€ any portion of the9e oovenants by judgment, decree or coeut order shall
in no wise affect any of the other provisions oontaine~l herein, which shall remain in
full force and effect.
