BEFORE.ME, the undersiqned authority personally appeared
3. B. Rutledge , who beinq first duly sworn accord=
ing to law, deposes and states the following:
l. That I am the Aeaistant SecrBtary of COnnecticut -
General Life Insurance Coinpany, the owner and holder of that certafn
chattel mortgaqe dated the 18th day of May, 1965 and recorded in
Official Recotds Book 118, page 212, Public Records of St. Lucie -
County, Florida and that in~2uded among'~i duties are the supervision

of existinq mortqage accounts of the Connecticut General Life In- '
surance Caanpany and that i have personal knowledqe of the facts
herein set forth and am authorfzed to make this Affidavit.
2. That that certain chattel mortqage dated the 18th day of
May, 1965 wherein Bay-Mill, Inc., a Florida corporation, and ~,lilliam
Jewell joined by his wife, Caroline waters Jewell, granted to
Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut corporation,
a first mortgage interest in certain personal property and chattels
more particularly described therein and located on real property
more particularly descrfbed therein. "
' 3. That there remains unpaid on said mortgage account the sum

of S 67,200.00 together with interest thereon at the rate of
six per cent.(6$) per annum and that as of the date of this Affidavit ~
the account is current as called for under and pursuant to the terms
of said mortqage and note secured thereby.
4. That this Affidavit is filed pursuant to Chapter 698.09,
Florida Statutes, and extends for an additional seven (7) years the
security interest of the affiant, Connecticut General Life Insurance
Co~npany, in the chattels identified in the mortgage as afor~a#~;_:., -
