UN' S DEED
This deed made and entered into thia 28 day of A~_,
1972, between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, the ~u~y
canstituted and appointed gu$rdian of Che property of ADELINE C.
PAXTON, incompetent, as party of the first part, and I~NNETH PAUL
PILKERTON and MARY FRANCES PII.I~RTON, his wife, whose mailing
address is: 301 Mitchell Avenue, Smyrna, Tennessee 37167, as
parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That on April 4, 1972, upon the petition of the
party of the first part, the Honorable ~ames E. Alderman, County
Judge of St. Lucie County, FZorids, granted to the party of the
first part leave to sell the lands and appurtenances thereon of the
said ADELINE C. PAXTON, incompetent, for the purpose of paying
debts, the Order of Sale being entered April 4, 1972, authorizing
the Guardian of ADEI,INE C. PAXTON, incompetent, to execute a
Guardian's Deed to above grantees, parties of the second part, ~
conveying the hereinafter described real property. ;
NOiW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of SIXTEEN THO~[JJSAND
SIX HUNDRED DOLIARS t$16,600.00), the receipt of which is hereby ~

acknowledged, the party of the~first part has released, conveyed ~y ~0

and confirmed, and does hereby relesse, convey and confirm unto the
said parties of the second part that certain real property in St.
; Lucie County, Florida, described as follaws, to-wit:
