1n consideration of the payment to me/us by you of ~1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
t/we have received, I/we anci those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the construction, operaUon and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipm~nt) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wi~es or
cables of any othe~ Company or person; als~, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, are~, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
