G entlemen:
In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have reoeived, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility,facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to tirr~e; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add .
to, change the size of o~ remwe wch faciiities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also; to cut, trim and keep clear atl trees, bnish and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger o~ interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty de9cribed as follows:
Industrial 3ubdivison, Lots 2L~ and 25 , Section 28, Toxnship 35
~outh, Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 5, 3t. Luice County,
;'lorida.
The easement more particulary described as a~trip 6 Peet wide,
centered 3 feet North of and narallel to t he South Line of Lot 2l~, beginnng
at the East R/W of Enterprize Street and running Easterly a distance oP
567.69 Peet.
Also a strip 10 feet xide, centered and b eginning ~t the N.E. corner
of Lot 21, Industrial~Subdivision, and running Northerly a distance of
393•?~~+ feet to the Northline of Lot 25.
