for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric uiility facilities ~including wires, poles, guys, cables, ~
conduits and appurtenant equipment~ to be instailed from time to time; with the ri~t to recor~struct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wi~es or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim ~d keep clear all trees, brush and unde~growth or other
