ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TAESE PRESENTS, that BILOT GROVSS, INC.,
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, of
the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00),
and other valuable considerations~,lawful money of the U~ited States,
to it in hand paid by OTT D. SHRECKENGOST, SR., Trustee, Route 3,
Box 445-fl, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
~ assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party
of the second part a-certain indenture of mortgage bearing date the
31st day of July, A.D, in the year one thousand nine hundred and
