KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the indebtedness
secured and described in that certain mortgage given by
WILLIAM W. ATTSRBURY, JR. to TARPON VIEW. INC. dated April 28,
1971, and recorded in Official Records Book 192, page 392, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Begin at a point on the West line of Government Lot
Four (4), Section 25, Township 37 South, Range 40 East,
that is 888.52 feet North of the Southwest corner of
said Government Lot 4; thence run North 89°29' East, on a
line parallel to the South line of said Government Lot 4,
a distance of 1,578 feet, more or less, to the waters of
the St. Lucie River; thence run Northwesterlv meandering
the waters, a distance of 800 feet, more or less, to the
point of intersection with a line that is 1,242 feet
South of and parallel to the North line of said Govern-
ment Lot 4; thence run South 89°29' West along said line
that is 1,242 feet South of the North line of Government
Lot 4, a distance of 990.7 feet to the West line of said
Government Lot 4; thence run South 00°Ol' East along.
said West Line of Government Lot 4, a distance of 552.6
feet to the point of beginning,
and the indebtedness secured and described in that certain
supplemental mortgage given by WILLIAM W. ATTERBURY, JR. and
VIRGINIA G. ATTERBURY, his wife, to TARPON VIEW, INC., and
recorded in Official Records Book 196, page 2274, Public Records
ot St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following de-
scribed groperty in St. Lucie County, Florida: _
Start at the Southwest corner of Governntent Lot 4,
Section 25, Township 37 South, Range 41 East; thence
run N 00°O1'00" W, along the West line of Government
Lot 4, a distance of 5I0 feet to the centerline of the
existing County Road for the Point of Beginning; thence
continue to run N 00°O1'00" W, along said West line,
a distance of 378.52 feet to the North line of the
South 888.52 feet of said Lot 4; thence run N 89°29'00" E,
along said North line a distance of 50 feet; thence run
S 00°O1'00" E a distance of 491.57 feet to said road
centerline; thence run N 23°57'20" W, along said road
centerline, a distance of 123.22 feet to the Point of
Beginning;. subject to right of way of the existing
