3. That the abstract or abstracts of title covering ihe mortgagrd property shall at all times, during lhe life
of this mottgage. temain in possession of the Atortgagee and in event ~~t the foreclosure of this mortgage or other
transfet of title to the mottgaged property in extinguishment of the ~ndrbtedness secured hereby, all right, title
and int~rest of the Mortgagor in and to any such abstracts ~~f t~tle shall pass to the purchaser or grantee.
4. To the extent of the indebtedness of the Mortgagor to the ~tortgagee described herein or secured hereby,
the \tortga`ee is hereby subrogated to the lien or liens and to the rights of the owners and holders thereof of each
and every mortgage, lien or other incumbrance on the land described herein uhich is paid and ar satisfied, in
whole a in patt, out o[ the proceeds o[ the loan described herein or secured hereby, and the rzspective liens of
said mortgages, liens or other incumbrances, shall be and the same and each of them hereby is presetved and shall
pass to and be held by the ~lortgagee herein as security for the indebtedness to the ~lortgagee herein described
ot hereby secured, to the same extent that it would have been preser~ed and would have been passed to and be~n
held by the Mott~a~ee had it been duly and regularly assigned, transferred, set over, and detivered unto the Mort-
gagee by separate deed of assignment, notwithstanding the fact that the same may be satisf~ed and cancelled of
record, it being.the intention of the parties hereto that the same will be satisfied and cancelled of record by the
holders thereof at ur about the time of the recording of this martgage.
S. In the event the ownership of the mortgaged ptemises, or any part thereof, becomes vested in a person
other than the Mottgagor, the ~lortgagee may, v?~ithout notice to the ~luttgagor. deal w~ith such successor or suc-
cessors in intetest with reference to this deed and the debt hereb~~ secured, ~n the same manner as with the \tort-
gagor without in any way vitiating or discharging the ~lortgagur'+ liability- hereunder or upon the debt hereby
secured. No sale of the ptemises hereby mortgaged and no forbearance on the part of the ~tortgagee, and no ex-
tension oC the time for the payment of the debt hereby secured given by the ~lortgagee shall operate to release,
discharge. modify. change or affect the original liability of the ~lortgagor here~n either in w•hole or in part.
i 6. The lien of this deed secures and sholl continue to secure payment of said indebtedness or indebted- '
