I THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE. ~

Releases of the above-described property from the lien and aperation of this I
mortgage deed may bg obtained in the following manner, to-wit:
Mortgagee agrees to release one hundred and fifteen (115) feet of the above-des-
cribed property upon payment to her of the sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred .
~ Twenty ($8, 720. 00) Dollars, which said payment shall apply solely to the~prin-
Ii ~ cipal balance of the Note secured by this mortgage deed. Each such partiel shall
~ j run from the West to the East boundaries of the above-described property, and
~ shall immediately adjoin the South boundary of any parcel theretofore released~
~i including the parcel ~released as described above. Mortgagors shall not be limite
in the number of releases which they may obtain in any year or at any time, so
long as they make the required payment for same, and further so long as they are
not in default under the terms of this mortgage deed or the Promissory Note whic
' it secures.
