Together with all buitdingt~, improvements, fixtures or appu?tenanoes now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all~apparatus, equipme~t, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trolly .controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, ref?igeration, vensiliation or
other tervices, and any other thing now or heresher therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
~o lease~s is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, fioor
~covsrings, screeri boors, awnings, stoves and water haaters (all of which are iMencbd to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether phyaiully atteched thereto or ~not); and also together with
