AGREEMENT MODIFYING MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, CHARLES ~IESER and VALADA MESER, his wffe, did
on April 10, 1972, make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage
deed to Security Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian
River County, a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the United States of America, which mortgage was recorded in
Official Record Book 201, page 775, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered a certain
tract of land in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: '

Lots. Three (3) and Four (4), Block Eight (8), DIXIELAND ~
SUBDIVISION,.according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Deed Book 152, page 403, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, less and excepting thereof
the East 15 feet.
as security for an original principal debt of $55-,000.00_evidenced '
by a promissory note, a copywof which promissory note was attached `
to s aid mortgage deed; and ~
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to modify the descriptio#~
of the real property encumbered by said mortgage so as to make
said description more complete and_ definite; NOW THEREFORE,
THIS INDENTURE made and executed this~ " Ofti day of

MESER, his wife, hereinafter called the mortgagors, and SECURITY
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a
