mortgage is hereby mod~fied and aa~ended to read as follows: ~
Begin at a point on the South line of Section 27, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, 125.12 feet East of the origina2
center 2ine of the 66 foot right of way of U. S. Highway
No. 1, (measured at right angles thereto) and run thence
NortherZy along a line 125 feet ~a~t of the original center
line of the 66 foot right of way of U. S. Highway No. 1,
and parallel to said center line, a distance of 1,748.93 feet;
thence turn and run East along the North line of Block 1 and
along the north -line of the 60-foot street lying adjacent
to and to the East of said Block 1, of the unrecorded plat of -
Dixieland Subdivision as shown in Deed Book 152, at page
403, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
a distance of 794.43 feet to the point of beginning, said
point of beginning being the Northwest corner of Lot 4,
Block-8, of said unrecorded plat of Dixieland Subdivision:
From said point of beginning.continue East along the North
boundary line of said Lot 4, a distance of 175 feet more
or~less to the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence
run SoutIi along the East boundary line of said Lot 4 and
along the East boundary line of Lot 3 of Block 8 of said
Di,xzeland Subdivision, a distance of 160 feet to the South-
east carner of said Lot 3; thence run West ~long the
South boundary line of s aid Lot 3, a distance of 175 feet
more or less to the Southwest corner of.said Lot 3; and
thence run North along the West boundary line of said
~Lots 3 and 4, a distance of 160 feet to the point of .
beginning ;
LESS ,AND EXCEPT the East 15 feet of the above described
parcel .
The above property being also described as Lots 3 and
4, Block 8, of said unrecorded plat of Dixieland Sub-
division, less and except the East 15 feet of said ~
Lots 3 and 4.
2. That the description as set forth above shall be
deemed a part of said mortgage as though originally incorporated
therein.
~ 3. Said mortgage deed shall not be deemed modified except
as specifically set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the mortgagors have hereunto set
their hands and seals and the mortgagee has caused these presents
to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, on
