~ THI3 MODIFICATION OF MORZGAGE made and entered into

hereinaiter referred to as the "Mortgagee", and RODERICK C. SALACFi
and MARGARET T. SALACH, his wife. hereinat'ter referred ta aa th~
"Mortgagors".
V~RT1vESSETH:
WHEREAS on the 6th day of January 1972 the Mortgagors made
and executed certain mortgage to the Mortgagee and the s~~ t~e*_~eatter
~led and recorded i,n O. R. Book 188, page 1884, St. Lucie Connty, Ftori-
da, public records.
and
WHEREAS the eutire principle balance of said mortgage plus
accrued interest was due and payable on April l, 1973.

WHEREAS the Mortgagee and the Mortgagors wish to modify
~e terms of payment of said mortgage.

WHE[~EAS the Mortgagore have paid the sum of Seven Thousand
(~7, 000. 00) Dollara toward principal and One Thnusand One Hundred (~1,100. 00)
Dollars towards interest on said mortgage and the note which it secures,
rece~pt of w~ch is hereby acknowledged.
NOW THEREFORE i,n consideration of the sum of One (~I.00)
Dollar this da~y in hand paid by the Mortgagors to the Mortgagee, receipt
of which is hereby aclu~owledged and in further consideration of the promises
and the covenants hereinatter mutually exchanged, the Mortgagees and the
Mortgagors do hereby agree as foll,ows: (
1. The principal balance of said mortgage as of this date is
the aum of Twenty-six Thousand (;26, 000. 00) Dollars. Hereinatter, said
mortgage and the note which it secures ahall be due and payable in the
