CERTIFICAT$ OF SLCOND AMENDM$NT OF
~THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
OF
COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS NO. 4, INC.
and
AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS O~'
COLONNAD$S CONDOMINIUMS NO. 4, INC. .
The undersigned, being the President and Secretary-
Treasuier of Colonriades Condominium No. 4, Inc., a Florida
~ corporation not for profit, sometimes hereinafter referred
to as the "Association", hereby certify that the following
resolutions were each adopted by more than two-thirds (2/3)
of the entire membership of the Associat~on at a special
meeting of the membership held on Apri1 14, 1972:
"WHERRAS, the Developer of Colonnades Condominium
No. 4 has sold all of the units in_the condominium, and
_ WHEREAS, the unit owners have now assumed control
of Colonnades Condominium Association No. 4, Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the following
provisions of the Declaration of Gondominium of Colonnades
Condominiums No. 4, dated January 14, 1972 and recorded in
O.R. Book 198 at page 2857 and amended by the amendment
dated February 1, 1972 and recorded in O.R. Book 199 at
page 859, be changed, altered and amended as follows:
INTRODUCTO1tY PARAGRAPH.~ Omit that clause readinq
reserving t e rig t to submit any additional lands
to be described in an exhibit to be attached hereto
by appropriate amendment to condominium ownership
in the future.'
PARAGRAPH 3.1. Omit that clause reading 'as to
e rst uilding, and a like survey and graphic
description which shall be attached hereto by an
amendment of this Declaration of Condominium as
to each additional building.'
PARAGRAPH 13.1(b). Omit the words in line four
or o t e Deve oper.'
PARAGRAPH 13.2~d). Omit in its entirety.
PARAGRAPH 13.5. Omit the last sentence in said
paragraph ich reads as follows 'Neither shall
such provisions apply to the Developer, or any
