of the beveloper, or to any corporation having
. some or all of its directors, officers or stock-
holders in com~on with the Developer, and any
such person or corporation shall have the right
to freely sell, lease, transfer or otherwise
deal with the title and possession of an apart-
ment unit without complying with the provisions
of this section, and without the approval of the
Association.'
PARAGRAPH 17.5. Omit in its entirety."
"Be it resolved that Paragraph 3.1 of the By-laws
of Colonnades Condominiums No. 4, Inc., be altered,~changed
and amended to read as follows:
'Membershi . The affairs of the Association
sha . be managed by a Board of Directors con- ~
sisting of not less than three (3) Directors.
The Board of Directors may from ti.me to time
_ increase or decrease the nwmber of.persons to
~serve on the Board, provided, however, that the
Board shall consist of an ~3d number of inembers,
_ and shall never have less than three (3) members.
Any increase or decrease in the nwnber of inembers
on the Board shall be effectuated at least thirty
(30) days prior to a regular annual election of
the Board, and such change in nutaber shall be
effective as of the date of the next regular
election.'"
