nc., te Feb. 1 , an ed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, or a,~n ~R Book o/ , page.~ D, which mortgage encun~bers
the following described real estate in sa d county to N t•
Lot No.1334 , Section II , in that certai~ condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS F AMERICA AT NE~LES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in Lhe Uffice
of the Circuit Court fn and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condaninium, as a~nended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lfen and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
