6. The renta and profits of the mortgaged property are also hereby mortgaged, ansi if proceedings
to foreclose this mortgage shall be instituted, the oourt having jurisdiction thereof may appoint a receiver of
the mortgaged property and apply those rents and pmfits to the indebtedness hereb3 secured. regardless of
the solvency of the Mortgagor or the adequacy of the security.
