EXNIBIT "A"
Commence at the Northeast corner of lot 15, Block.3, PLAT N0. 1 SAINT LI~CIE
GARDENS in Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 40 East, at ~ concrete monu-
ment, thence proceed in a Southerly direction along the East line of said
Lot l5 for a distance of three hundred (300) feet to the Point of 6eginning,
which point is marked by a concrete monument as shown by survey made by
Fugate & Greenless, Eng. and Sur., which survey is dated March, 1954; (1)
from the Point of Beginning thus obtained, run in a Westerly direction along
a line tha~ is parallel to the North line of said Lot 15 for a distance of
297.47 feet, more or less, to the Easterly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway
No. 1; (2} thence S 27°08' E along said Easterly ri ht-of-way for a distance
of one hundred and ninety (190) feet to a point; (3~ thence run in an Easterly
direction two hundred and seven (207) feet,more or less, to.a point located on
the Easterly line of said Lot 15, said point being one hundred and ninety(190)
feet South of the Point of Beginning; (4) thence run in a Northerly direction
along the Easterly line of said Lot 15 to the Point of Beginning; all being
in Lot R7ock 3, PLAT N0. 1 SAINT LUCIE GARDENS, in Section 1, Township
37 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35
of the public records of St. L~~ie County, Florida.
