WITNESSETH That the said qrantors, for and in consideration

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, barqained and
sold to the said qrantees, and their heirs and assigns forever, the

Range 39 East, according to a plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, page 56, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
and said qrantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

as context requires.
