Before me, the undersigned authority, personally.appeared
FRANR FEE who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say
that he has continuously resided in St. Lucie County, Florida,
since 1913 and has practiced law in said County since 1935.
Affiant further says that he was well acquainted with-Frank Leslie
Bean during his lifetime and represented h~im in legal matters
on numerous occasions, and further supervised the probate~admfniatra-
tion of his estate followinq his demise.
Affiant says further that Frank Leslie Bean caused his name
to appear in various ways upon the public records of St. I.ucie
County, Florida, including F. L. Bean, Frank L. Bean, F. Leslie
Bean, Leslie Bean, and pvssibly Frank Bean; that this Affiant
has had extensive experience in examining real property titles in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and he has never found any one of those
names to appear except that it applied to one and the same individual
whose full name was Frank Leslie Bean.
Affiant further says that the individual referred to was
survived by a sister, Mrs. Vida Bean Peterson, who currently resides
at 2007 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that Mrs. Peterson
often abbreviates her signature to simply "Vida Peterson".
That this affidivat is made for the purpose of inducing Charles
V. Blount to consun~nate the purchase of the above described real property
from the said Vida Peterson, who inherited the sanre from the late
Frank Leslie Bean.
