Mortgaqor further covenants with mortgaqee that the principal
sum secured by this m~rtqage may be disbursed by mortqagee in
accordance with the advance schedule contained in that certain _
construction mortgage loan com~nitment and agreement between the
mortgagor and mortgagee dated May 3, 1972, a copy of which is on
file in the offices of mortqaqee, and any and all breaches of the
terms of said commitment and agreement shall constitute a breach of
the covenants contained in this mortgage. Yt is further agreed that
mortgagor shall not be charqed interest on undisbursed funds, but
interest will accrue and be payable monthly on amounts disbursed,
and for the time such amounts are outstanding.
