individually, but as Trustees of AMI3RICAN CSNTURY MORTGAGE
INVI3STORS, a Massachusetts Businesa Trust, under Declaration of
Trust dated May 14, 1969, as amended, and their reapective succes-
sor Trustees under said Declaration of Trust (in the event of
death, resiqnation or removal of any Trustee named herein,
or the failure of any Trustee to be reelected, any such
Trustee shall automatically be divested of his interest
herein and in the security agreement for which the within
financing statemeht qives notice, and the remaininq Trus-
tees and any newly~ elected or appointed Trustee or Trus-
tees actinq at the time, shall be the sole owners of the
security agreement for which the.within financing statement ~
gives notice and the secured party thereunder), with power
to protect, manage, sell, transfer, continue, tern~inate,
assign, amend, modify, consolidate; coordinate and/or.
spread with any other security agreement and/or financing
statement, release, enforce, foreclose and/or, without
being limited by any of the foregoinqr deal with in any
manner, the v~ithin security aqreement and/or the within
financinq statement, 11 East Forsyth Street, Jacksonville,
Florida. ~
