I herewith qive notice as provided in Section 84.131, Florida

will be commenced within 30 days after the recording of this notice
upon the real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:

half of the Southeast quarter o£ the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, except
the East 44 feet thereof for right of~ way of U.S.
Hiqhway No. 1.
