~ASEMEI~TT FOR WATER RIGHTS
WHEREAS, ANGELO MARSEL7A and BAMBINA MARZELLO, his wife,
previously conveyed an undivided one-half irtterest in the
property deecribed hereia to SEBASTIANO PSTRELLI ~nd ROSS
PETRELLI, his wife, and
W~iEREAS, the well which supplies the water to property

retained by ANGELO 1HARZELLO and BAMBINA MARZELLO, his wife,
is located on the property deacribed belaw, there fs hereby
GRANTED AND CONVEYSD by SEBASTIANO PETRELLI and ROSS
PETRELLI, his wife, to ANGELO lrlARZE7,L0 and BAMBINA MARZ$LLO,
his wife, and their heirs or assigns, a perpetual easement
for the purpose of abtaininq water from the existinq well lo-
cated on the property described below and for makinq ar?y re-
pairs or adjustments to the well, pwap, pipinq, or attachments
~ thereto which may be necessary frv~n time to time.
The property on which this well is located is described
as follaws:
PARCEL 2: From the SW corner of Section 23, Township 35
South, Ranqe 39 East, run South 89 deqreea 21 minutes !

the point of beqinning.
The easea~nt for the purpose of obtaining water shall ex-
tend a reasonable distance around the existing well and along
the existinq pipes.
