AGR~iT FOR DRAINAiGE AND IRRIGATION EASEMENT
WH!EREAS, K.D. CASSENS and NORMA F. CASSENS, his wife, ANN
C. TARBELL and CN,A,RLOTTE C. NORTH, parties of the first part, are
the ~wners of Lot 73, in Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 40
East of WHITE CiTY SUBDIVISION as per plat there~f on file at
plat Bo~k l, page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
, JOHN T. MOOSE and/or CITROVE, INC., parties of
the second part, own or have an interest in or are planning to
acquire ownership of the following described property, to wit:
I.ot 76, 77, 87 and the North ~ of Lot 88, in
said Section, Township and Range, and
WIH[E:RT.AS, the parties of the second part desire to dig and
maintain a drainage and irrigation ditch running North and South
in, through and upon the West 15 feet of said Lot 73, and
~l~l[ER~AS, it is the desire of the parties of the first part
to provide f or and allow the parties ~f the second part to drain
• through and/or irrigate from said drainage and irrigation ditch,
NOW, THEREPbRE, be it agreed that for and in consideration
of $10.00 and other valuable consideration, and the covenants
herein contained, that:
(1) The parties of the first part hereby covenant and
agree and do grant and convey unt~ the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, the right to dig and maintain a drainage
and irrigation ditch in, through and up~n the West 15 feet of the
said Lot 73 hereinbefore described, said drainage and irrigation

~ (2) That the parties ~f the second part hereby covenant

and agree that the parties of the first part, their heirs and
