RECEIVE FU1'URE ADVANCES
KNON1 ALL 1?~N BY THESE PRESENTS. That the undersigned, being
the owners in fee sia~ple of the following described property
lying and being situate in St . Lucie County~ Florida.
to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 3, FRANKLIN PARK ADDITION, according
to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6,
at Page 56, in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
which lands are encumbered by a certain first mortgage owned and
held by•First Federal Savings ~ Loan Association of
Fort Pierce
which ieortgage contains provisions for future or additional
advances thereunder, for and in cansidrration of the sue~ of s10
and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of ahich is
hereby acknowledged, to the undersigned in hand paid by
MIRIAM KIRSCH
the owner(s) and holder(s) of a second mortgage against said
property; dated January 29 , 19~! recorded under Clerk's
File No. 223535
in the Public Records of said County, and in order to induce said
secor~d arortgagee(s) to give, close and disburse said second
mortgage, have and do hereby agree that during the tera~ of said
second ~aortgage and any renewals or extensions thereof. that
the.undersigned shall not apply for, accept or receive any
future or further additional advances under said first ~ortgage
and shall be without capacity to so do. This agree~eent shall be
a covenant running with the above described property and shall
be binding upon the undersigned. their heirs, personal representa-
tives and assigns and all persons or parties hereafter having or
claiming any right, title, claim or interest in and to said property.
