KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, being
the o~?ners in fee simple of the following described property ~
lying and being situate in St. Luc ie County, Florida, i
to-wit:
Lots 13 and 14, in Block 6, of HIGHLAND PARK
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Deed Book 151, at pages 195-196 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which lands are encumbered by a certain first mortgage owned and
held by~First Federal Savings ~ Loan Association of
Fort Pierce
which mortgage contains provisions for future or additional
advances thereunder, for and in consideration of the swe of ~10
and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of rrhich is
hereby acknowledged, to the undersigned in hand pa~id by

the owner(s) and holder(s) of a second mortgage against said
property, dated December 30, 1971and recorded under
Clerk's File No. Official Records Book 198,Page 1733
in the Public Records of said County, and in order to induce said
secor.d mortgagee(s) to give, close and disburse said second
mortgage, have and do hereby agree that during the term of said
second ~aortgage and any renewals or extensions thereof, that
the undersigned shall not apply for, accept or receive any
future or further additional advances under said first mortgage
' and shall be without capacity to so do. This agreement shall be
~ a covenant running with the above described property and shall
be binding upon the undersigned, their heirs, personal representa-
tives and assigns and all persons or parties hereafter having or
claiming any right, title, claim or inteYest in and to said property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have hereunto set
