ORDER APPOINTING ANCILLARY RECEIVER
THIS CAUSE, coming on this day to be heard on the
Relator's Motion for Entry of an Order for the Appointment of
an Anci.llary Receiver of Maryland National Insurance Company
for the purpose of liquidation, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises, finds: ~
l. That Maryland National Insurance Company, a Georgia
I ~
~ corporation, was formerly autho=i2ed to transact an insurance
business in Florida and did.transact such a business.
2.~ That Sections 631.091, 631.131(2), and 631.152,
~
Florida Statutes, authorizes the Department of Insurance of the
State of Flvrida to apply to this Court for entry of an Order
appointing it Ancillary Receiver of Respondent and directing it to
liquidate the assets, business or claims in Florida of Respondent
upon the appointment in the damiciliary state of such insurer of
a receiver, liquidator, conservator, rehabilitator, or other officer
by whatever name called, for. the purpose of liquidatinq the business
of such insurer. ~
