2. Aid th~ Domiciliary Receiver in taking immediate ~
possession of all the property, assets, and estate, and all other
property of every kind whatsoever and wheresoever located in this
State belonging to said Respondent, pursuant to Section 631.152,
Flor.ida Statutes, including, hut not limited to, all bank accounts,
.
stocks, bonds, debentures, mortgages, unearned commissions due and
not paid to Respondent by agents, subagents, brokers, producing
agents, solicitors, service representatives, or others, together
with all furniture, fixtures, equipment and office supplies, and
to hold all such assets pending further Orders of this Court. ,
2. Liquidate the assets of Respondent located in
Florida, including, but not limited to, funds held by agents,
subagents, producing agents, brokers, solicitors, service repre-
sentatives, or others, of the Respondent, under agency contracts
or otherwise, due and unpaid to Respondent, including unearned
commissions, agents' balances, and agents' reserve funds held by
the Respondent or others within this State, and wind~up its affairs

in cooperation with the Domiciliary Receiver.
_ 3. Employ, and authorize the compensation of, legal
! counsel, accountants, clerks, and such assistants as he deems

' necessary, and authorize the payment of the expenses of these
proceedings and the necessary incidents thereof, as approved
py the ~ourt, to be paid out of the funds oir assets of the -

Respon~flent in the possession of the Ancillary Receiver or coming
into his possession.
4. Not defend any legal action in which the Respondent
or any of its insureds is, or may become, a defendant, commenced
before or after the entry of any Order to Show Cause or Order
_ appointing a receiver. "
5. Commence and r~~intain all legal actions necessary
for the proper administration of this receivership proceeding. ;
