THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this
day of March, 1972, by and between HARRY A. LLEWELLYN
and ANNA M~iI~IE LLI:WELLYN, lii~ wife, hereafter referred to

as Vendors, and JAMES/EASTMAN and MARCELLA L. EASTMAN,
his wife, hereafter referred to as Purchasers,

the swn of $12,200.00 payable as follows:
(a) Purchasers.expressly asswne and agree to pay
that certain mortgaqe from Vendors to First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce and the debt secured
thereb.y in the present sum of $8,200.00, which mortgage
was dated January 27, 1972, and recorded January 28, 1972,
in O.R. Book 199 at page 533, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
(b) The balance of $4,000.00 shall bear interest

at the rate of 5 1/2$ per annum from the date hereof and
shall be payable in monthly installments of $45.00 each
