• RESOLUTION NO. 72-50
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planriing and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing,.has
recommended to the Board of County Comicr?issioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described request for a change in
zoning classification be GRANTED, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said recommendaticn on May 2, 1972, after first
publishing notice of said hearing in the News Tribune on the 14th
day of April, 1972.
-NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 2nd day of
May, 1972, as follows:
That the zoning of the following described property in St.

33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,

North 25 acres of SE'~ of NW~, less north 100 feet lying
east of east right of way of Cherokee Avenue extended ?
southward and less east 100 feet and south 15 acres of
SE'~ of NW'~, less east 100 feet, Section 33-34-40
owned by ALBERT DiVAGNO, be a~d the same is hereby changed from
A-1 (agriculture) to R-5 M.H. (mobile homes).
That the zoning of the following described property in St.
Lucie County, to-wit:
