AGREEMENT MODIFYING MORTGAGE

WNEREAS, BENNIE M. ALLISON AND REBA I. ALIISON, his wife did ~
on November 1, 1971, make,execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to
; Security Federal Savings a~d Loan Associatton of Indian Rivar County, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of ,
America, which mortgage was recorded in Official Record Book 196, page 2564, ~
Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida; and which mortgage deed i
~ encumbered a certain tract of land in Saint Lucie County, Florida described
' as follows:
~ From Northwest corner of HUNT'S SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 5,
page 47, Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida;
run North 330 feet; thence run East 940 feet for a Point ~ J
of Beglnning; thence continue East 120 feet; thence South
170 feet; thence West 120 feet; the~ce North 170 feet to
~ Point of Beginning, Section 3, Township 36 South, Range
40 East.
as security for an original principal debt of $22,500.00 evidenced by a
pramissory note, which promissory note was set out in said mortgage deed; ~
and - ~
WHEREAS, the description of the property as set forth in said }
mortgage is in error and the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually agreed ~
that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to correct the error ~
in said description: ~
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good ~
and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and promises herein ~
~ made and the sun of One Dollar ($1.00) each to the other paid, BENNIE M.
~ : ALLISON AND REBA 1, ALLISON, his wife, hereinafter called the mortgagor '
i and Security Federal Savings and Loan Associ~tion, hereinafter called the ~
mortgagee, agree as follows: ~

1. That the mortgage deed dated November 1, 1971 and recorded in j
Official Record Book 196, page 25b4, Public Records of St,Lucie County, ;
Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so that the description ~i
of the property encunbered by said mortgage shall be as follows: !
