Together with all buildings, improvemsnts, fixtures or appunenances now or hereafter erected there-
, on qr placed therein, in:luding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singie units or cen-
frally conirolled, used to supply heat, gas, air tonditioning, water, tight, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other serv~es, and any other thing now or hsreafier therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors

l declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
