EXECUTOR'S DEED ~
THIS DEED made and entered into this day of
, 1972, between FRANCES L. EDWARDS, the
duly con tituted and appointed Administratrix of the ESTATE
OF RICHARD O. EDWARDS, Dece~sed. late of the City of Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, State of Florida, as party of the
first gart; and FRANCES L. ED6iTARDS, individually and as
natural guardi~n of RIC~iARD WILLIAM EDWARDB, III, a minor,
of 1117 Avenue D, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, as party of
the second part; ~
W I T N E S S E T H•
That on the 28th day of March, 1972, upon the petition
of the party of the first part, the HON. JAMES E. ALDERMAN,
< County Judge, in and for St. Lucie County, F~orida, ordered
the distribution to the party of the second part an andiviQetl:.
