1. Ma~ufacture of: Acetylene Gas
Asphalt Paving Plant
Concrete Batch or Block Plant
Fertilize~s
Explosives
2. Refining or wholesale sto~age of petroleum products.
3. Stockyards or abattoirs.
4. Auto wrecking, salvage yards, used mate~ial yards or junk yards.
5. All dwellings or places of human habitation except quarters for
watchmen employed on the premises and motel units.
6. Any other uses that may be dete rnnined by GENERAL to be undesirable
and not in the best interest of the overall character and better-
ment of the INDUSTRIAL PARK.
C. Prohibited Activities. No noxious or offensive trade or activity
shall be carried on in the INDUSTRIAL PARK, nor shall anything be done
in the INDUSTRIAL PARK which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance
by reason of unsightliness or the excessive emission of odors, dust
fumes, smoke or noise, as may be determined by GENERAL in its sole
discretion.
D. Additional Uses. GENERAL reserves the right to establish other per-
~ mitted and p~ohibited uses in the INDUSTRIAL PARK in addition to those

~ set forth in Subparagraphs A, B, and C of this Paragraph 2.
3. CONSTRUCTION AND PIANT DESIGN
My building hereafter constructed in the INDUSTRIAL PARK shall be of
masonry type construction or other acceptable fire resistant construction;
provided,however, that prefabricated steel buildings shall not be permitted
except in areas designated specificaliy for steel buildings. No building,
addition, modification or other improvement shall be erected, placed or
altered on any building site in the INDUSTRIAL PARK until the building or
other improvement plans, specifications and plot plan showing the location
of such improvements, on the particular building site, including locations
of all parking and landscaped areas have been first submitted to and
approved in writing by GENERAL as to conformity and harnany of external
