Plans and specifications must inciude floor plan, elevations, section shawi~g constructton and materials, signs, and landscape plans and ex- terior colors and parking layouts, uses and operations, and location of the imp~ovements with respect to topography, grade and finished ground ~ elevation. It is further provided that the afo~ementioned submissions shall be made by written ~equest for approval from GENERAL prior to applying to public authortties for building, use or other permits. Re- auests for app~oval shall be submitted to GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, illl South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida, The ~ight of approval shali remain with GENERAL, unless and untii such right has been expressly assigned, tn the event that GENERAL or its assignee fails to approve or disapprove a submission within ninety (90) days after plans and specifica- tions have been submitted, approvai shall not be required. Provided,how- ever, that notwithstanding the absence of express approval by GENERAL, any impraveme~ts must be in ha rn~ony with existing structures and improve- ments within the INDUSTRIAL PARK, so that the general purpose and intent of this paragraph will be met. Actual costs and reasonable attor- ney's fees incu~red by GENERAL, its successors or assigns in defending itself against any claim of misfeasance, malfeasance or non-feasance under i these covenants, shall be borne by the party bringing such action again ~ !
