provements on the respective lots adjoi~ each other, or give the appear-
ance of so doing; so that the combined improvements complement each other
and are of a ha rnanious unified design.
5. Landscapinq: "
The areas between the f~ont and side building setback lines and the res-
pective property lines shall be used as landscaped areas; a~d may be used
for limited visitor parking as prescribed by Paragraph No. 7 below. Plans
for same shail first be submitted to and approved in w rtting by GENERAL.
All landscaped and parking areas shall be properly maintained in a sightly
and well kept condition. No trees or major plantings shall be removed
without first obtaining prior written approvai from GENERAL.
6. Fences and Waiis:
No fences or walls shall be erected without prior approval in writing by
GENERAL as to type, height and location.
7. Parkinq Facilities:
As an adjunct to the canstruction of fmpravements, each lot or tract a,rRer
shall also provide offstreet paved parking facilities approved in writing
by GENERAL, Unless othen~vise app~oved by GENERAL, parking facilities shall
rnneiSt of one oaved space for every employee and visitor car. Parking
shali not be permitted in streets, easements or unpaved areas, Public
streets shail not be used for parking. Parking lots shall not be used for
storage of materials, supplies or equipment. Parking in the area befiNeen
the f ~ont building setback line and the f ront property line shall be res-
tricted to visitor parking only and shall not exceed an additional 10~ of

i 8. Storac~e Facitities:
